Return An Item


You have 30 days from the package is ready for pick-up or you have received it, to return your an item and request a refund.

Please note:
We are not able to exchange sizes.

Conditions to be aware of


When making a return, please notice:

1) The handling time on return orders can be up to 14 business days from the date we have received your package.

In Denmark you are able to track your shipment, if you have decided to use our prepaid return label.

2) Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. If an item has been used, we will only make a partical refund based on the reselling value of the item.

3) It is important that shoe boxes are intact and that no stickers and return labels are placed directly on the box.

4) When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund the amount of the returned items.

5) In the case of postal returns, Moss Copenhagen will not accept or pay the delivery or return charges.
In Denmark, the cost of using our return label is 35 DKK, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

6) Packages must be shipped directly to our warehouse adresse. We are not able to collect parcels which has been sent to post offices or parcel shops.

Moss Copenhagen is not responsible for packages not arriving due to postal issue.

All items not received


Please check your e-mail to see whether we have informed you, that one of the items in your order is not available.

In this case, we will refund the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defect product


First of all, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced a defect product.
