When making a return please note:
You have 30 days from receiving the package to return your item and request a refund.
In Denmark you have the possibility to return, or exchange your purchase in all our Moss Copenhagen stores.
If using our prepaid labels, a return fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Prepaid return labels are only available in the following countries:
Denmark: 45 DKK
Sweden: 120 SEK
Austria, Belgium, Germany, and Poland: 12 EUR
In the rest of Europe, you are responsible for purchasing a return label.
In case of postal returns Moss Copenhagen will not accept or pay the shipping costs.
We as a company are not able to collect packages from parcel shops, therefore must all packages be shipped directly to our warehouse address stated below.
It can take up to 14 days for the package to arrive to our warehouse. Once we have received it, we will process your return, and refund the amount by the same payment method you used at purchase. The refund takes 2 to 4 business days.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund. The shipment cost will not be refunded in case of partial returns, only when returning the whole order.
