The prices on are quoted in DKK, SEK, NOK or EUR, depending of your choice of shipping destination.

Payment method
You can choose between various payment methods:

Debit or Credit Card Visa, Visa Electron, Visa/Dankort or MasterCard. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

Order confirmation
When you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation, with all relevant information about your purchase. Please keep the order confirmation, as it is your proof of the order.

Payment procedure
Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be drawn on the selected payment service.

We will send you a mail when your order is shipped from our warehouse.


When you click “Complete payment" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are no longer able to cancel your order, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse. You will need to return the garments once it is delivered.

Please note – it is not possible to reply to the email with your order confirmation.

Return Conditions

How can I return an item purchased online?

You have up to 14 days from reception of the items, to return your order and request a refund.To do this, you should send the garment to one of the following addresses depending country.

We recommend sending the package by registered mail, as Moss Copenhagen is not responsible for packages not arriving due to postal issue.

In case you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us by the postal service, we will deduct the cost of return from your credited amount

Return procedure
When making returns, please bear in mind that:

1) The handling time on return orders can be up to 14 business days from receival date. Please note that you can track your package (with the prepaid return label for Danish customers) to see the receival date since you won't receive a confirmation upon receipt.

2) Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

3) It is important that shoe boxes are intact and that no stickers and return labels are placed directly on the box.

4) When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items.

5) In the case of postal returns, Moss Copenhagen will not accept or pay the delivery or return charges.
In Denmark, the cost of using our return label is 35 DKK, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6) Packages must be shipped directly to our warehouse. It isn't possible for Moss Copenhagen, to pick up packages sent to postal shops.

7) To process the return, you must complete the returns note and enclose it in your parcel.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?
Check your e-mail to see whether we have informed you, that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase.If you have not received any e-mail, please contact the customer service.

The items received are incorrect. What should I do?
