You can choose between various payment methods: Debit or Credit Card Visa, Visa Electron, Visa/Dankort or MasterCard.

Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

Mobilepay


If you are a Danish customer, you have the option to pay with MobilePay.
Please have your phone ready to accept the payment.

The prices on www.mosscopenhagen.com are quoted in DKK, SEK, NOK or EUR, depending of your choice of shipping destination.

Order confirmation


When you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation.
The order confirmation contains all relevant information about your purchase. Please check that everything is as expected.

Please keep the order confirmation, as it is your proof of the order and your invoice.

Your order has been shipped


Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be drawn on the selected payment service.

We will send you a mail with a tracking number once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery to a parcel shop

If you have chosen a delivery to a parcel shop, you have 7 days to collect your package from the date of delivery.

Uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse and will be processed as normal returns. Please note that a fee of 35 DKK/10 EUR will be deducted from your total refund.

Changes and Cancellations


When you click “Complete payment" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are no longer able to cancel your order, nor make changes to it.
It is immediately sent to our warehouse who will start processing your order. We can therefore not make any changes.

In case you ordered the wrong size or color, you must place a new order.
You will then need to return the garments once delivered or deny the delivery.
