Payment and currency

The prices on are quoted in DKK, SEK or EUR:

When you change the destination country before placing an order, the prices will be shown in your local currency with the corresponding taxes included. If you subsequently modify the delivery address and the destination country, the prices displayed in the final summary of the order may vary.

Payment method
You can choose between various payment methods:

Debit or Credit card Visa, Visa Electron, Visa/Dankort or MasterCard. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

Order confirmation
When you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation, with all relevant information about your purchase. Please keep the order confirmation, as it is your proof of the order.

Payment procedure
Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be drawn on the selected payment service.

We will send you a mail when your order is shipped from our warehouse.


When you click “Complete payment" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are no longer able to cancel your order, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse. You will need to return the garments once it is delivered.

Please note – it is not possible to reply to the email from where the order confirmation is delivered.

Exchange and claim

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

You have up to 14 days from reception of the items, to return your order and request a refund. To do this, you should send the garment to the following address:

We recommend sending the package by registered mail, as Moss Copenhagen is not responsible for packages not arriving due to postal issue.

It is not possible to exchange/return items in our stores

Moss Copenhagen is not obliged to resend returns which are delivered after the exchange period of 14 days. The customer will be charged with the shipping fee for the re-shipment.

Please note: We are not able to exchange sizes.

Returns Conditions
When making exchanges, and returns, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

It is important that shoe boxes are intact and that no stickers and return labels are placed directly on the box.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items.

In the case of postal returns, Moss Copenhagen will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
In Denmark, the cost of using our return label is 39 dkk, which will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

To process the return, you must complete the returns note and enclose it in your parcel.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?
Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase. If you have not received any e-mail, please contact the customer service and will we reply to you as soon as possible.

The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments. This process can take up to 14 days.

To process the return, it is mandatory to contact our customer service before shipping the package. Please send an email to, with a picture of your claim and state the order number in the subject line.
